Early on we decided to pivot the offering to include video chat as well as PBX and PSTN integration,

Both of which brought us a lot of joy and learning of Asterisk and the Twillio infrastructure.

However, we realised mobile and PBX or voice-only is the new fax machine... it's going to die out.

VOIP is only a digital signal of this medium, business comms and transactions will be video-based in the future.
