Changed the offering
by Mehdi BenchalalIn the beginning, I was going to opt for a reseller hosting and add CDN on top of it.
But now, I decided to go with a dedicated server instead and host just a few websites per each server to have the best possible speed for everyone. And add a CDN on top of that.
Now, this is going to impact the price as it's now for $350/month, but people get an unlimited hosting that is not limited by page views like the limit imposed with Kinsta or WPEngine.

$350/m sounds pretty high though. Are ppl catching up to this?

Yes, it's high but it's priced according to the current prices with other competitors. An almost identical plan would cost $600/m with Kinsta and +$290 with WPEngine.
I believe this will have a lot of value because I am willing to host a maximum of 11 WordPress websites per dedicated server (minimum 500MB bandwidth) and have 2,5 GB allocated ram for each one. Add a CDN on top of that and full WordPress maintenance (malware cleanup, backups + automatic updates being handled weekly) it's totally more value than it costs.
Now, nobody is hosted yet. I've got a lot of visits from IndieHackers and HackerNews but nobody took the plan yet. Looking at the price, people are probably hesitant because they still don't know the brand. I am sure that the first 10 clients are harder to get than the 100 first. Nobody wants to jump first on a new service by a company you've never heard of, they can't know that it's totally worth it yet.
Even the landing page isn't that good because I am not good at UX. But I am sure we're going to be the best when it comes to Security, Speed, and Automatism. I just have to find the early adopts which is kind of difficult when you look at the niche, competition and the pricing.
