The "minimum" features I've aimed for:
A map of the mountain (slopes + lifts)
A way for users to add info about the slopes (ice, rocks etc) and lifts (out of service, long queues etc)
Local resources: cameras, communities, shops, instructors, events.
Work offline.
Since this is 2020 and COVID has mostly ruined the snow season in my country I'm treating this winter as a way to gather feedback.

Super interesting idea. As an avid backcountry snowboarder, I love the idea of knowing about geo-marked hazards when off trail. Few things more scary than committing to drop over the edge in powder (can't go back) in a new area. I've spent an hour attempting to walk out of an area that looked like I was about drop over a 100ft+ cliff in 4ft deep powder. Literally could not get out, and had to drop. Scary as hell, but ended up being nothing lol. Def would have paid to know what was in front of me.
