by rphilipPushed a last-minute change without doing regression testing. Impacted our signup process flow. We were generating a decent amount of traffic from Product Hunt and Indie hackers, but no one was signing up. I had installed Hotjar and I saw the struggle that one user was going through to sign up. We immediately made the changes, and now it is sorted. Talk about a massive need for regression testing!

Omg this sucks! It's necessary to do regression testing before launching to production.
At least have automated regression testing to cover most common parts of your app's flow.
