Hired a contractor to build a proof-of-concept

I hired a contractor to build a rough proof-of-concept file-syncing app for Android for two reasons:

1. I'm very busy working on ZitaFTP Server (the server side of ZitaSync) https://www.indiehackers.com/product/zitaftp-server
2. I've never written an Android app before. Having someone else write the prototype will give me a starting point
