XeroxQ solves a hyper-local India problem - the chaotic, unorganized queue at every neighborhood Xerox/print shop.Customers scan a QR code, upload their file, and get a token number instantly. The shopkeeper receives a view-only WhatsApp link to the file. Files auto-delete after 2 hours for privacy.Zero app install. Zero shopkeeper onboarding. Pure PWA.Built solo in 3 days using Flutter, Supabase, and WhatsApp Business API.

Every college student in India knows this pain.You walk into your local Xerox shop 10 minutes before class. There are 6 people ahead of you. No token system. No order. Just whoever shouts loudest gets served first.You miss your class. Your file doesn't get printed. This happens every single day across millions of print shops in India.I decided to fix it.---🔧 WHAT I BUILTXeroxQ is a QR-based queue management PWA for local print shops.Here's the full flow:→ Shop owner gets a unique QR code (one time setup, takes 2 minutes)→ Customer scans QR, uploads their file, gets a token number→ Shopkeeper gets a WhatsApp message with a view-only link to the file→ Files auto-delete after 2 hours (privacy first 🔒)→ Zero app install on either side — pure browser PWAThe key insight: the shopkeeper does ZERO onboarding. The QR code does all the work.
