I am Swier Miedema. I show people how they are creating their own reality—something most people have never learned before.
For the first 15 years, I implemented brilliant solutions. Later, I realised that I was actually making those very problems even bigger. Then, something shifted—from within.
Now, I work with leaders and boards. I don’t offer any frameworks. I simply reveal that clarity was always within you—it was merely buried beneath the noise.
I live in Rosmalen, the Netherlands, and work globally. I am the author of the book Being Resilient.
