Vijay (VJ) Ananth

I'm the founder of Bytecrunch Technologies (ByteHR), a bootstrapped business providing HR management software to SMEs in Thailand.

We started in late 2016 and will achieve 1M in ARR in 2024 with 1k+ SMEs and 60K+ users using our software.

In the early days, I used to listen to a lot of podcasts on Indiehackers as I commuted to work and it really helped inspire me to build solutions that solved real customer problems and find Product Market Fit without raising external funding.

I'm really grateful for that and hope I can give back to the community that's helped me grow.
