I’m Shaid. Quiet Machines is my independent software studio.

I’m building Mudroom first, an inbox gatekeeper for people whose email is part of the job: freelancers, consultants, recruiters, founders, and small agency teams.

Mudroom starts in dry run. It shows what it would hold before it moves anything. Important or uncertain mail stays visible. Every decision can be undone, and Mudroom never permanently deletes mail.

I’m building it in public and looking for the parts that do not hold up yet.
