Why We Launched LifetimeDeals.co
I really wanted to put pen to paper to talk about our ‘Why’ for starting Lifetime Deals. But before I do let me just quickly encapsulate what LTD is.
Crazily good lifetime deals (LTD) for SaaS bargain hunters.
Sustainable deals for businesses looking to grow their user base, but not lose future revenue.
The site was built in a week using Webflow, deals were negotiated and set up and we were ready for launch!

Edit: just to be clear, this is a kudos post, not a passive-aggressive one. I love AppSumo but I also love app deals and I think it's a HUGE market that Sumo is just barely tapping into. Having another player in the space is a good thing for everyone.

Yea, taking nothing away from the awesome job AppSumo do generating thousands of sales. We just want the companies to benefit more from the deals than the platforms hosting them.
How are you earning?
We earn a commission on each sale. We give the lion-share of the share to the companies as we believe they should benefit most from this.

That is really interesting. What challenges you are facing right now and how are you planning to address them?
Biggest challenge will always be finding amazing deals that will sell in volume, but finding those deals is really fun as we get to network with new people. Great way to extend our network!
This is interesting. Do you get a commission from the deal? How do you make a revenue from it?
Thanks Alex, yes we get a commission from each sale. We reinvest revenue into driving more sales. Our ultimate mission is to help the companies at a stage where a deal would be helpful to them.
This is really intriguing. How do you source your deals?
Mostly using my existing network. Lots of people reaching out to run a deal. It's been a really exciting 9 days :-)
