I'm here because I love seeing new products come to life and genuinely enjoy helping new founders with their sales, marketing, and operational challenges. A lot of indie hackers are amazing at building products and not so good at what I do, which makes us a perfect match.

For background, I've got 20+ years of experience in small businesses, starting and selling my own (online) companies, and working at tech startups. I've worn a lot of hats from sales to web design, software development to finance, product to strategy, and more, and I'll still always tell you I'm the dumbest guy in the room.

A few years ago I ran one of four Sales Engineering teams at a tech startup in Boston. Together with my counterpart in Sales, we landed ~950 net-new customers for a whopping 40% of all new logos and 40% of all bookings brought into the business. We also did nearly half of all upsell and had the highest customer retention rates, and nearly 90% of the customers we acquired are still customers today (compared with 75% of those brought on by the other teams). Needless to say, we did something right!

My current role is in operations where I work on the development of go-to-market strategy, business modeling, value prop creation, distribution planning, pricing, compensation planning, sales forecasting, and more, all with the goal of making every team as successful as mine was. So far, so good!
