I'm Matt, running Encoro.

Looking at the landscape of tools for 360° feedback, I found that most of the options were either too cumbersome, way too expensive, or didn't align at all with my leadership values.

I built Encoro to be a set of simple tools for people leaders that support a personal development approach to leadership that values coaching over performance management.

Right now it's focused primarily around feedback, but I plan to expand the tools for 1:1s and accountability over time.
