0-1000 users in 3 months, 1000->2000 users in 29 days

We just crossed another milestone last week. Now https://reetro.io has more then 2000 users and 613 companies.

First 1000 users were acquired in 3 months. But july have been explosive for us, and we received around 1100 users in july only.

Now Reetro is being used by teams at many big companies.

And the good thing, We are getting really good feedback from them.

    Well done!

How'd you get some really big companies such as BBC and Microsoft for your social proof? Did you contact them or were they organic? Did you have to ask permission to add their logos to your page? ...asking for a friend

What do you think contributed to the rate or sign up? Any sort of referral program? ...asking for another friend

Thanks for your comment. Regarding the permission from all the companies. It worked like this.

Once we have a team from a company using reetro, we will monitor how long they use it. And then after sometime I will contact the admin from that team about feedback on the tool. testimonials and permission to add logo.

In my experience most people are shy to put their
name, picture and testimonial on site. But they always give us very good feedback about the features they like and new features they wanted. About 80% of our tool is built like this.

Mostly they will also say ok for using logo's.
The testimonial is from someone i know who worked at Microsoft. and recommended
      Reetro to his team.

I am in talks with 10 current companies to get new testimonials and will update logos as well.

About getting more signups. It is a combination of SEO , content marketing, email- outreach and providing really good customer services.

If one team starts using Reetro, and ask us for some features , I will build them right away. And then usually they will tell about Reetro to other teams in their companies and more users will signup.

Congratulations on this milestone! Can I ask how do you market it?

It is a mix of following things.
      -SEO
      -Content marketing
      -Good customer services.
I am using a small budget in Google ads. It brings some traffic but low conversion. Main source is organic traffic and word of mouth from existing users.

    Congratulations!
I guess it's really good strategy to provide a free version in the early months to get good feedback and then launch a pro version that you are likely doing. Awesome!

Yes, this is the exact problem I felt when working for a large financial institution in Denmark.

And I thought about creating a good tool, And Reetro was born.
