$0 homemade product demo video

Would love your feedback!

We're a startup with 0 resources for growth. So, we cobbled up whatever we could to produce this product demo video. The plan is send this out in email campaigns to sports coaches (our target persona).

I really like your message and app run-through, I think it could help with some cleaning up and more polished graphics so that users can focus purely on the message and not be distracted by lighting changes or sharp cuts. I'd be happy to help if you wanted it (my day job is as a video editor). Feel free to send me an email.

Oh that would be awesome @Feigner. Let me know what's a good email address.

The only thing I would improve is the audio.
The message is clear and well said.

Even a 20$ lav mic would be enough I think.

If this is before you have money to spend, I'm looking forward to seeing your videos once you DO have money to spend.

The value prop on the video is clear-ish...maybe bite the bullet and do a feature by feature compare between teamsnap and wildkard to show why teamsnap is hard to use. I mean, playing nice isn't always going to cut it in business.

My other question is about the url - a .io link can be intimidating for the less tech savvy no?

And also throw in some personalized testimonial like "I, even though I am part of the team which built WildKard, can tell you it made my life as a youth basketball coach much easier. I used to do X, Y, and Z things to get A done but with WildKard, I can do it at the push of a button."

It could even be something as simple as a change in practice timings which can be a beast if you have to individually call up each player individually.

Really nice job! I love the authenticity of it. I hope it does well for you.

I like the video! It's authentic and clearly communicates the value of your product. One thing that you might take into consideration is to use loom.com for the product demo part of the video.

Thanks @smartius. Will definitely check out Loom!
