0 users after launching my SaaS app. Is it a bad idea or a bad product?

I would say:

• the design looks kind of "amateurish" which affects the trust in the platform
• the testimonials are fake. This also affects the trust in the platform.
• the pricing isn't clear. What are credits? What would I be buying?
• the usage example is not clear enough, and the video cuts off way too early, just before I manage to read the first 5 words of the result. Imo, some screenshots would work better to showcase the usage than a video.

I feel that the idea behind your product is good, but it is the marketing strategy that's holding you back.

I think you have a basic idea of who your target customers are, even I have seen people hiring freelancers to make pitch decks for them through UpWork and all.
Talking about your marketing strategy, I suggest you hire growth hackers (maybe even interns who have good ideas) and start experimenting with different marketing strategies for reaching your clients.

LinkedIn and Reddit are good choices of platforms for marketing your product since they are more business-oriented than Facebook/Instagram.

Also, I suggest you get some copywriters that can write actionable email copies for doing cold emailing campaigns to your prospects. In case you don't know where to find prospects, there are many tools in the market doing this. Aeroleads is a good example of such a tool since it specializes in finding contact information of businesses and business people through LinkedIn and costs a lot less than most of its alternatives. Just go to LinkedIn, and look for recently launched startups (try and use the search filters for further refining the search query) and Aeroleads will automatically produce the contact information of everyone that appears in your search results. You can get a team of interns in place that can qualify these leads for you and select the ones that have a higher chance of converting into clients, then the tool will build a separate email list with only those finalized prospects. This strategy could be more effective rather than building lead magnets, landing pages, and SEO since those do not come with a guarantee of success, and finding discoverability and clientage through them is a long and hard procedure.

In a general sense, my feedback would be that your landing page is too much about your product and not enough about the customers.

Here's what I would do:

1. Make a customer profile for who would use this product
2. Describe their pain points
3. Use this copy in your landing page

For example (very simple example taken mostly from your website with a few tweaks):
-Your target customer might be a small dev team or independent freelancer, etc.
-They struggle landing deals because of their sales pitch

Heading -> Let AI build winning pitches or something along these lines(good suggestion from @devarshmavani)

Supporting info on page should NOT be -> Turbo Pitch does x,y,z

Supporting info on page SHOULD be:
-Spend less time building pitches and more time winning clients
----then say how -> (turbo pitch builds this for you in one minute or whatever you want to say to)
-Show your visual demo
-Get a few friends or family or anybody to use it for free and give real examples on your website then
-Use testimonials from your first few users when you get it.

The pricing isn't clear. What is one credit?

It's a good product, a good idea, and a good concept. But I think you need another concept for your website, a concept that emphasizes the benefit of the product to the customer, not a concept that emphasizes the features of your product.

Give it for free to first users and open a conversation with them about the value they got? then for next customers charge way less than the perceived value
