I'm trying to find a problem to solve within the hiring space.
So I'm interviewing friends who work in HR and Talent.
Here's the live audio recording: https://youtu.be/LtN7hpBiULo
Here's the outline:
0m 0s - My horrible intro
2m 20s - Similar companies
5m 12s - Diversity hiring problem
6m 28s - Challenge in not looking for entry-level roles
9m 45s - The Rooney Rule
12m 8s - Does a product like this exist?
15m 52s - Sourcing jams
20m 02s - Target start ups
22m 40s - Two options. Which do you pick?
This interview wasn't perfect.
Listening back, I should have started by just asking her to "What's your day-to-day like?"

I saved those questions to my desktop and I'll ask them next call.
The sandler sales model you show there seems to sell a product. IF you're looking to solve a problem and don't have a product, the mom test is better. This video from YC gives you all you need to know to execute: How To Talk To Users
This is a great point @AndrewKamphey
Rob Fitzpatrick's "The Mom Test" is a much better process to follow.
