I'd have one question for you, is it a mobile app or web app? It is not clear for me because you have a mobile screen cast GIF to show the interface of Post Scheduler.
On the comment Manager landing there are some screenshots but only with the details of your interface - it is not clear what it does and how helpful it is.
Hope you'll receive this comments correctly, and moreover, I'd be happy to talk to you about the customer support process and how do you manage it. We're looking for a product market fit at Carrrot.io, so it would be helpful to know how companies like yours deals with that.

It's a web-app. Thanks for your feedback, I do agree with you. it causes confusion so and we must change it then.
We use a PHP script for the ticketing system. pretty simple and basic.
And your landing page is awesome indeed! very well structured and clear. It was also inspirational for me! Thanks for sharing.
