Idea Shortlist : How do you decide which idea to go ahead with ?

I have bunch of product ideas but having difficulty in deciding which one I should go ahead with.
I got few ideas which are very easy to implement (1 week) and some which might take (4-5 weeks)
All of them vary in terms of market-size, competitors and revenue potential and it's tempting as a developer to just go ahead and build one.

So, how do you guys decide and what all parameters should be taken in consideration while making a decision?
