ASK IH: Any Airbnb regulars out there?

I'm working on validating an Airbnb availability notifications app. Ideal users would be those who travel regularly and use Airbnb, but don't like to constantly search for available listings.

The app would let you choose search parameters ( location, date(s), price range, etc ), and would send you notifications when matching listings become available.

Similar apps exist for other travel sites, but I haven't seen one for Airbnb specifically.
