Landing page tool with some blogging capabilities?

You can take a look at my Azartiz.com blog app.

You just fill out a form to set up the backend DB at Azartiz and then upload an html page to your web server.

You can use the .html page as your home page or link to from your home page. The "Publisher" app resides on the Azartiz server so you don't have to install anything else on your server, or you can put that and all the related dependencies on your server too if you want.

Wordpress + Elementor

We're using Jekyll... it's not perfect but not bad either... I just used twitter bootstrap with it and threw something together. Took about a day.

you could try webflow + webflow cms if you want more design flexibility. They also handle hosting and custom domains so the only skils you need are design related.
I'm not sure about it but you might also find predefined templates you can import.

I know of tools like Landen and Carrd, but I don't see them having any ability to add a few blog posts. Are Wordpress themes my best shot?
