Hey Alan, well you got me to sign up for an evaluation, so it must have worked pretty well :)

We're a team of three. I'm hesitant to introduce new tools to my team, and I tried 15five out already and canceled but this is cheaper and gives me time to poke around as an individual to see.

Everything looks really solid, I'm impressed. If there's anything I needed in particular it was a feature comparison chart to 15five, but i'm not sure how broad that need is. Basically my thought process went, 1) this looks legit, 2) cool it's free for me so i can experiment before letting my team in, and 3) it's cheaper than 15five with a comparable feature set so let's see!

actually i just tried poking around the product itself and it looks like my intention to evaluate it might not work out because all the actions require me to invite my direct reports. 15Five does allow you to set up OKRs, reviews, etc without this which makes me feel way more comfortable before team invites. Curious though, so i'll check in with it later

Hey Kyle, thanks for feeding back, and amazing to hear you've signed up. We do objectives & reviews so it might be more relevant than you think!

Looks like you have some great companies signed up, could you add in case studies explaining exactly how they used the tool (team size, problem you solved for them, etc.)? I couldn't seem to find any.

      Great idea.

We wanted to start with a really straightforward website journey, but I think it's time to start adding those bells & whistles.

If you're personally interested, I can send you what we've got direct?

        Yeah sure :)

A bit like OKR plus other stuff like teamecho.at (where I do work ;) or companymood ?

I think the "make great management simple" is a bit of a wide phrase but then, so is the product.

I think you are overdoing it with the blue Free For Teams buttons. Not sure what Google thinks of that.

Hey Thomas, thanks for feeding back :)

Do you think Google will penalise for the blue buttons because the links are too repetitive?

      1. 1

As a user I think they are very repetitive. Do you have sub-pages for those topics that you could link to instead of having those buttons?

I've just changed it - thanks for your help https://motivii.com
