Is there room for another Letterboxd like site?

Is there room for another Letterboxd like site?

I love movies and coding. Building a movie review site is one of the only ideas that really interest me atm. Do you think there would be enough interest for another user based movie review site like Letterboxd?

What are some features that sites like that do not have that would be nice to have?

This is a great tool for stoking some healthy competition among movie buffs or for deciding which film to show your significant other on your next movie night. https://xtrench-run.com

This feature comes in handy when figuring out what film you’ll introduce to your partner on the next movie night, or firing up some friendly competition between filmophiles. https://trap-thecat.com

Impressive! Thanks for the post. Keep it up. Refresh rates on monitors typically range from 240 Hz to 360 Hz. These monitors can't display a mouse's reaction as quickly as a mouse with a 500 Hz polling rate. Response-to-display time is as optimal as it can be if the polling rate of your mouse exceeds the refresh rate of your monitor. Read this article to learn more about Mouse Polling Rate.

This is the least expensive way to clean your gutter. However, there is https://guttercleaningspringfieldil.com/ that cleans the gutter from the top of the roof. You can only manage to clean the gutter's surface from the ground level.

One thing I find myself looking for often is not reviews of movies (where the critic tries to avoid spoiling it) but real movie analyses. There's no central place for good, in-depth movie analyses (aimed at people who have seen the film and want to know more about it).

Are there stats that are under utilized? Such as youtube mentions. Or somehow you can revisit how someone analyzes a film? Or target users more?

Like a movie review site for film makers. Indie writers and filmmakers review filmmaking of the best films.

Film Reviews for people who only watch movies with their spouse.

Movies for Moochers. Reviews of movies you can watch on your friends netflix.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend building a product without a clear revenue-oriented value proposition. Hoping for ad dollars is not going to cut it in this age.

I used Letterboxd myself - it's not perfect, and there are features I'd love to see, but it's never something I would ever pay for. Personal movie/media management just isn't a big enough problem for me.

I don't know if building a Letterboxd clone just for the sake of it is a good use of your time.

Are there features that you yourself are missing in an app like Letterboxd? That's probably a better place to start when building a similar site/app.
