How could I start mass communication?
After a few months of intense coding, https://kaktana.com is now a mature product and has a few paying customers. We'd like to grow more and more, any advice on how to spread the word?

I would suggest you look for people in crypto that post and write about the industry and blockchain. You can search various ways using Google and hashtags on social media. Begin commenting and participating in their content, and then send them a message asking what they think, suggestions, etc. The goal is to build a relationship. Eventually, if they like what you have to offer, you can ask if they would be willing to write something about your product for you to post on your website and social media channels. You can then tag them, and they might repost. I would just be careful not to be too pushy about asking if they will shout you out. Also, I would target people that don't have a ton of followers- just a small, focused audience that is similar to your ideal customer.
For social media, I would think about posting about several things:
You also should begin looking at hashtags that are popular in your industry, and leave comments. Make sure they are natural comments a normal person would leave about the post - not sales pitches for yourself. Make sure to tailer whatever you post to the general tone of the social media platform you are on. Facebook / Instagram / Twitter / LinkedIn / Pinterest are all different.
Make sure to make a content / editorial calendar to stay organized too!
Also - Ads! Ads are great if you have the budget.

Thanks for that long answer, you should definitely write an article, you'll have an audience. About your social media strategy, would that be done with a personal account or the company's one?
And about paid ads, what would be the ideal medium, Google? What kind of strategies do you use to make sure its not wasted money?

As for ads, there are a couple of different ways you could go, but Google is definitely a good option. The major ad platforms also have settings that allow you to experiment on a budget and measure success pretty well.

just like @andruschka said PH might be a good idea if you are looking for a quick surge in traffic.
But more than that i would suggest contacting bloggers and influencers in your particular niche and pitch to them. If they happen to like your product they will be bear the torch for you. And that can give you long term traffic and great mentorship too.
That's what we did for ours (mfy.im). Once we had a small MVP(very very early stage) we released it in PH. From there we got exposure to a few influencers. We kept them in the loop throughout the process of development of the next mature version of the product. So once the product was almost done these influencers felt like ownership of the product and they actively guide us in the right part and they gave us so much exposure.
They also feature us in their blog posts and tweets. And that was really a great plus..
But if you're looking to raise some quick cash then i would suggest platforms like Appsumo and similar LTD aggrigators. They will give you exposure but i cannot guarentee the quality of the customors
But, is Product Hunt a place where I could find interested people? We're targeting a niche and I'm not sure this niche is present on Product Hunt. However, I'll try.
I've also tried sending cold emails to bloggers, the problem is that the crypto space is very crowded, they're really scared of promoting scams and usually ask a lot of money for any promotion. Could you share how you initially reached out with them? The only bloggers I was able to talk with were people discovering the product and sending an email.

At the time of onboarding we didn't had the affiliate program live. But we did promise them that we will be having an affiliate program once we are ready with the mature product

It seems, that Reddit and trading subreddits might be your place to hang.
edit: consider changing the "4 months 10% off" to "6 months, 10 % off" or "12 months 20% off". 4 month contract period is unusual and it might confuse and deter some users.
Currently, this is our main communication medium, whenever we add a tutorial or a blog post, we're putting the link there and get a lot of visits.

Yeah, that will be better unless you have a reason - there is research saying that using "safe" terms for billing is what customers prefer.
I would Post to sites like Producthunt.
Another option would be scraping facebook pages of similar products for people who liked them and contacting them.
