I advise, when thinking of a new business, to first consider if it is moral. Not only because of morality itself, but because you'll oftentimes save yourself future hassle.
Parking domains creates no value for society, it will not bring you fulfillment. It is a net detriment to society and I do not think you should pursue this business avenue.
I understand your concern but this is not my situation, nor a new business.
I do have a few domain names that I have either used on previous projects, or that I thought I would be using. Now that I decide to sell them, I'm looking for the best way to do so.
