We just crossed 1,000 users at VanillaSky.ai, with 150 actively recurring — super grateful to everyone who’s joined so far 🙏 Until now, we’ve been focused on AI-generated video ads for small businesses — especially fun, meme-style formats. But now we’re testing a new use case in real estate that’s showing real traction:

Drop in a Zillow listing URL → Get 10+ short-form videos in seconds, with AI animations and music — perfect for Reels, TikTok, and more.

🧪 How We Got Here

Our mission is to make video editing obsolete — and become the go-to platform for fast, beautiful video creation.

From talking to real estate owners, we heard the same thing over and over:

• Videos work
• But creating them is too time-consuming, too expensive, and too technical

So to learn more, we offered to fully manage TikTok and Instagram for a couple of real estate agents — editing, posting, captions, everything.

Here’s what we learned:

• Agents want consistent social content, but don’t have time to create it
• Video performs best, but editing is the bottleneck
• The easiest wins came from turning static photos into dynamic, zoom-heavy videos — the kind that look like they were made by a pro videographer

So now we’re automating the whole thing with AI. Agents (or even homeowners) just paste a Zillow link — and boom — dozens of social-ready videos in different formats.
