is it a newsletter about what foods are "in season"?
which season, where? do you personalize it to me? would love to know many countries because I travel frequently.
That's a great point - I plan on segmenting it by climate (since that dictates food seasonality) but from the user's perspective they can select their country(s)

I would switch this up to something that is much more value based.
Mention the value of being on a seasonal diet instead? And the value of returning to ecological balance?
