Today I’m launching Sumoclip — an AI tool that turns one long video into multiple short clips (with captions) that are ready for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Reels.
Why I built it
Short-form is the best distribution for creators, but the workflow is brutal:
record a long video → open an editor → scrub for moments → cut → add captions → resize → repeat 10x.
Most people just… don’t do it consistently. Good content sits unused.
