I started my design career in 2016 and in 2019 I started my first design agency, now my agency name is "Panze - UX Design Studio".
In this journey I noticed that most designers still ignore it like me.

The hardest part about niching is the fear of leaving money on the table. "What if someone needs a logo and I've stopped posting logo work?" But the math never works out that way in practice.
When you're the SaaS design person, you become memorable. People think of you specifically when that need comes up. When you're the "I do everything" person, you're competing with every other generalist out there.
