Congratulations! You have just joined the Elton Jones Solutions – Futuristic Innovations team as an IT manager. Your task is to master the SkTech corporate platform for effective team and project management.
Your Mission: Become a Platform Expert in 4 Stages
Stage 1: First System Login
Situation: The HR department sent you a platform link, but you haven't logged into your profile yet.
Your actions:
Open the registration page o Go to sktech.com.ua/login o You will see the header "Ready To Get Started?"
Choose registration method o Option A: Click "Log in using Google" (quick method) o Option B: Fill out the form manually o Option C: Using the link that will come to your corporate email. Login and password will be specified there (created by a company person who invited the user).
Fill in data (if you chose option B) o Enter your work email in the "Your Email" field o Enter a secure password in the "Your Password" field o Click the blue "Sign In" button
Expert tip: Use corporate email for automatic access rights assignment.
Result: You successfully logged into the system and see the main dashboard!
Stage 2: Fill Employee Profile (if you chose option C)
After login, the system will automatically redirect you to the profile editing page
Basic Information: o Name* (First Name): Enter your name (e.g., "John") o Surname* (Last Name): Enter surname (e.g., "Kellyar") o Phone Number* (Phone): Specify number in format +XXXXXXXXXXX o City (City): Enter your city (e.g., "New York")
Contact Information: o Skype: Enter your Skype login (optional) o Telegram: Specify username in Telegram (optional)
Personal Information: o BirthDate (Date of Birth): Select date in calendar o About Me (About Me): Brief description of your skills and experience o Hobby (Hobby): Specify your interests
Education: o Click "Add Education" to add educational institution o Fill in university name o Choose degree: Bachelor/Master/PhD o Specify location o Add study dates o Specify specialization
Privacy Settings: o Check "Hide phone number from other users" if you want to hide phone number

Events o Purpose: Planning and tracking events o Capabilities: See own working time, extended role sees their salary and each user's salary, can see who was sick, on leave or vacation, project time information, process confirmation, synchronization with user calendars. o Event types: Meetings, presentations, deadlines, releases

Go to the company registration page: • Open the link: https://sktech.com.ua/register-company • Or on the main page click the blue "Register Company" button
Fill out the registration form: • Company title (Company Name) – Enter your company's official name. (Example: "FutureTech Solutions") • Site tenant (Tenant Identifier) – Enter a unique name (tenant) that will be used in the system for your company. (Example: "futuretech" or "fts") • Address (Address) – Specify your company's legal address. (Example: "1234 Innovation Street, New York") • Description (Description) – Briefly describe your company's activities. (Example: "IT services and software development") • Email (Email) – Enter corporate email that will be used for login and notifications. (Example: "admin@futuretech.com") • Password (Password) – Create and enter a secure password meeting requirements: The password must contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters (example: @8Futur3Tech!).
Click the Register button.
