1 year, $0 revenue, 100% stoke

It’s been a year since I started working on my startup full-time. I look back at what went well, admit what I would’ve done differently, and preview what’s next. If any of you had delayed launches or disappointing revenues, you might enjoy.

TL;DR

  • Delayed real launches > sooner vanity launches
  • Maximizing follower counts doesn't matter as much as you think
  • I could've built an audience from day 1, but waited
  • Doing it alone really is harder than partnering up (duh, I know)
