I think it probably makes more sense to internalize the lessons and move on instead of reading them every year:)

    Great list!
Atomic habits is G.O.A.T. there is a social training platform for operationalizing that wisdom called herioc.

I would also add "non-violent communication."

    • Observations: Describe observable behaviors without judgment or evaluation.
    • Feelings: Identify and express feelings triggered by the observations.
    • Needs: Recognize the underlying needs or values connected to those feelings.
    • Requests: Clearly state requests that are actionable and considerate of everyone's needs.

Just read "Atomic Habits" and I absolutely recommend it, makes you realize that hard habits can be broken into bite-sized pieces. Another one I learned a lot from is "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself", by Joe Dispenza.

The 11th for free haha. I've read The Alchemist and Atomic Habits and agree with you. I can recommend The Stolen Focus and Why We Sleep. Fixing attention and sleep is crucial!
