Hey, Indie Hackers! I'm Sveta, co-founder of FounderPal and MakerBox. I've been bootstrapping businesses for 2 years and launched 10+ products.
I know that the most challenging part of being an indie hacker is to become profitable as soon as possible. It is hard (especially if it's your first try). But if you make 10 marketing decisions before building a product, you'll have higher chances to succeed and create something people are willing to pay for.
I know it's difficult to answer all the questions before having an actual product. But believe me, it's better to spend some time brainstorming this in the beginning. Overwise, you'll risk building a product people don't need.
To make it easier for founders, we launched a simple and free AI-powered tool that will help you answer all 10 questions.
Would love to get your feedback on this tool!
The fact that it has already generated over 1000 plans is commendable, Sveta. Thank you for sharing this!
MakerBox looks fantasticly useful, Sveta - well done!
Love this list - I'm now including these 10 in my own start-up validation project checklist.
Keep rocking!
Hi Sveta,
Great framework! Addressing these 10 marketing questions early on is essential for building a successful product. Your AI-powered tool sounds incredibly helpful for founders to make informed decisions and save time. I'll check it out and share my feedback.
Thanks for sharing!
Cheers!
Hey Sveta!
Totally agree, profitability is a beast. For me, the hardest part is getting real user feedback. People use the platform but then ghost on surveys and emails. Drives me nuts!
Curious to hear what other indie hackers are struggling with too. What’s driving you guys crazy?
Cheers!
It's not bad at all.
I tried it with 3 business ideas.
Unfortunately it's pretty generic, I don't find it insightful enough to be actionable.
Just my honest take.
Hey Sveta, thank you for this free tool. It helped me to discover a new price methodology for my new MVP!
