10 platforms ate 2 hours. I got the time back.

Opentwins runs 10 ai agents as digital twins across twitter, linkedin, reddit, bluesky, threads, medium, substack, devto, product hunt, and indie hackers. MIT-licensed, running live on this account right now. The agents post, comment and engage in my voice. I get my 2 hours a day back.

The tradeoff hit me 6 months in. director of pm by day, building open-source pm tools on the side with about 2 hours to spare. Writing/posting/engaging across 10 platforms took all of it. I was shipping less because i was showing up more.

The architecture: claude does the thinking (trend scout, content planner, writer, per-platform voice). Chrome cdp does the hands - each platform gets a dedicated browser profile, no api dependencies, no shadowbans from script signatures. Heartbeat loop per platform every ~6 hours.

Honest about what it's not: not a replacement for your own presence. The agents post in my voice because they learn from me, not instead of me. When i ship something, I still write the first version. The agents handle the distribution layer, the part that was eating the build window.

If you're building in public with a day job, what's your hack for the distribution wall?
