I scheduled an interview with a potential client to validate an idea, however, I had a hard time coming up with interview questions.

@DylanS What a great article! I had briefly tried interviewing my customers too but stopped it due to bandwidth issues. I'm now thinking of restarting them, so these tips will be very useful.
Quick question though - Earlier, I had trouble bringing customers over to interviews. Any tips for how to convince them?
Often the best and easiest option is to give them a discount or offer them a cup of coffee ($5).
