So for next year I want to build 100 side projects, the goal here is to build those tiny solutions/workaround that I always need while working on my side projects that are either TOO EXPENSIVE, TOO COMPLICATED, or DONT EXIST. There will be a lot of remixing around I know....but wanted to hear your thoughts on going quantity vs quality?
How about, create 1 side project. And iterate it 100 times in next 365 days based on regular feedback from your users.
I'm thinkg to do the opposite. 4 projects in 1 year. The idea behing is to a better idea generation and validation but also have some time to iterate in case projects have traction but need adjustments.
Hey Ali ! :)
Depends on what you call a Side projects I guess 😁 ... I don't think you can really create 100 "public" projects.
But you can probably create 12 of them in 12 months! One month is enough (in my opinion) to create a REAL MVP for users
The goal is to ship a lot, and ship fast and dirty. I dont plan for everything to be code based, could be smth to sell on gumroad, resource list...etc.
But you are right, 100 sounds a bit too much, maybe 25 would be more reasonable. Ship 2 things/month
