100 Signups in 2 weeks. This is how we did it.

Getting this much of signups is definitely worth sharing coz it's a milestone achieved for us. We planned to reach this number of signups in some 30-50 days. But, thanks to our intuition to revamp our whole product. Shifting our focus a little bit from the product functionality to its UI made a huge difference.

Another factor that helped us to achieve this was "not selling to people". We talked to them and engaged to understand what they liked, not liked and other features they want to use. With the very first feedback, we paid full attention to what users had to say and with that, the software is turning out to be more usable.
I must say, when you care about your customers they'll care for you.
So, majorly these two factors helped us to reach this milestone and we want it to keep going.
