12 Days Post-Launch: 1,200+ Impressions from Tier-1 Markets with $0 Ad Spend 🚀

Hi everyone,

I launched my SaaS, Zerentry, about 12 days ago. While the numbers are still modest, the early signals from Google Search Console are giving me some solid technical validation.

I’ve spent $0 on ads, focusing entirely on organic structure. Here’s the 12-day snapshot:

• Total Impressions: 1,248 (Steady daily growth).

• Keywords Indexed: 84 distinct niche terms.

• Core Markets: The United States is leading with over 600 impressions, followed by the UK, France, and Australia.

The Strategy:

Instead of chasing high-volume "vanity" metrics, I built the site to target very specific B2B pain points. Seeing 50% of my total impressions coming from the US within the first two weeks tells me that Google has already cleared my domain from the "newbie sandbox" and considers the content high-authority for these high-value regions.

Key Takeaways:

1. Technical SEO over Hype: Being indexed for 80+ terms in under 2 weeks proves that a clean site structure and proper schema pay off immediately.

2. Global Reach from Day 1: The app is already appearing in search results across 25+ countries. Even without high click volume yet, the "visibility footprint" is expanding exactly where I want it.

3. Algorithmic Trust: Ranking for competitive B2B queries in the US this early is a huge green flag for the long-term SEO strategy.

What’s next?

Now that I know what Google likes, I’m moving to optimize my Meta Descriptions to boost the CTR and convert these impressions into active users.

If you're a fellow solo founder building in public, how long did it take for Google to start "noticing" your project?

Keep building,
