"Construction management" - my friend working in the construction management space (as a project manager) told me that they have maybe like 10% of the management staff dedicated to completely menial tasks all day every day. By menial I mean, engineers working on-site send them reports in different channels and all they do is consolidate them in an excel worksheet. I totally see how this could be revolutionised with AI. So I would put this under AI category as well.

    Interesting article.

The beauty of AI is that someone with my development skills can build these applications in no time. The missing piece is the industry knowledge and contacts. If you or your friend would like to partner up and explore this opportunity, get in touch!

Niche B2B solutions resonate a lot. Industries have specific needs and regulations, and generic software can't meet them on a full scale. At Seedium, we’ve helped companies build over 200 digital products, and niche ones have consistently been the most popular option.
