12 tools I use to build a startup

In crafting a startup, the most pivotal aspect for me is attaining a laser-sharp focus on the goal 🎯

I couldn't efficiently tackle daily tasks without these 12 apps, which you can use for free.

  1. Zencal: meeting scheduling (onboarding, customer service, sales)
  2. Notion: collating information and managing ideas
  3. Midjourney: generating social media graphics
  4. Figma: crafting UI/UX designs and social media graphics
  5. DeepL: professional translations
  6. Chat GPT: learning new things and automating repetitive tasks
  7. Make: process automation
  8. AirTable: data storage and processing
  9. Slack: effective team communication
  10. LiveChat: customer service
  11. Todoist: organising tasks for specific days
  12. Hubspot: managing key contacts

Do let me know which tools you use 🤖

Cheers ✌️

Very nice! There are great alternatives to livechat, I see you're using Hubspot, they also have a live chat feature, which may reduce the amount of tools / subscriptions and thus monthly payments.
