Quick update from week one post-launch.
Still haven't landed a first real sale, so I won't pretend otherwise. But a few things worth noting:
Started a small Google Ads pilot (a few euros a day, testing across countries) to get real search-intent traffic instead of relying only on organic/social. Two of the four keywords are already pulling a 13%+ CTR, which is better than I expected for a cold campaign with zero brand recognition.
Fixed conversion tracking so I can actually measure whether ad clicks turn into paywall views and purchases, instead of flying blind.
Had a good exchange with someone here (thanks again for flagging the email bug, by the way) that reminded me infrastructure stuff breaks in unglamorous ways nobody warns you about.
Next up: let the ad pilot run its course through the 26th, then decide whether to double down or pull back based on actual numbers instead of vibes.
