15 min skype call about pains associated with freelance
Hi IHs!
I decided to share my impressions after a recent conversation with one of the clients. In short, he had a bad experience working with a freelancer. The result of that collaboration was deplorable:
missed deadlines
unplanned extra development costs
searching for someone to "fix everything"
Hard stuff...
I myself started with freelance, so I know all its ins and outs.
That experience and 7+ years at the head of software house helped me to reassure the client and explain to him the intricacies of cooperation with a particular software service provider.
