My goal is to get through the Pandas Cookbook so that I can learn more about the Python library and be equipped to create an app that will help me with my product management duties.

What do you hope to have learned by end of March?
I'm dedicating much of March (at least my side project time) to learning about and experimenting with marketing for my latest product.
I've always found the ideation, building and initial launch to be relatively easy. It's the marketing and growth afterwards that leaves me thinking 'now what?'
Awesome! Definitely a good skill to learn. I've been trying to do the non-paid marketing approach - something I read in Lean Startup and heard in Y-Combinator about not investing in marketing until you are making positive cash flow - but I'm sure there are different opinions on that. But, I have most recently been trying to go with @NathanBarry 's (from Convert Kit) advice of starting with the extreme customer type niches and focusing on them first.
