18 Months ago, I made the biggest mistake of my professional career.

I f*cked up.

More than that, I am terrified to share this story here openly as I don't know how most of you will react.

Regardless I still want to share because it can help save a lot of Founders who fall into the trap of people's sweet words.

For me, everything went down the drain all because of one person.
( I am entirely responsible for making the decision but too late to realize)

I started working on my dream project, FunnelBake, roughly two years ago.

I met someone wrong who pushed me to launch FunnelBake on a lifetime deal when I was not even ready.

The person pressurized into launching and showing me big dreams, and sadly, I fell for his trap.

The software was unbaked and was not ready, and the person knew, and yet he pushed me to launch the software.

I didn't realize that I was about to make the biggest mistake of my life destroying my reputation because of that one person who collected his cheque, moved on and didn't give a F*ck about me or my project anymore.

I never spoke about this openly until today as I was waiting for the right movement to share this story with the world.

Right after that incident, I went into a massive depression, which resulted in several health issues because I had never experienced such hate.

I have worked my ass off for the last 13 years by being truly honest to my profession and everything that I have achieved so far.

It was all hard work of several sleepless nights for so many years.

I started making things right immediately and I am so proud to say that users who are using FunnelBake now are genuinely loving it and we are taking the platform to a whole new level next month when we will be releasing our CRM, the last part in FunnelBake v1 completing my 2-year-old dream and turning it into a reality. (I am so grateful for my team for making this happen for me).

But meanwhile...

I realized some people are cruel, which made me wonder, how many other SaaS founders are going through the same because of such shitty people in the industry?

That lead to the birth of my second ambitious project, https://pitchground.com

I told myself, I will never let any other SaaS founder suffer.

What happened to me, will never happen to any other SaaS Founder.

Some people don't give a f*ck about you since all they care about is their commission, and they can go up to any extent to make money out of you.

Being a SaaS founder myself, I can easily relate to the pain they are going through.

Exactly one year ago, I decided to launch PitchGround with the motive to help SaaS Founders genuinely.

In the very first year, PitchGround has helped SaaS companies raise over $1.1m in revenue.

I want to sincerely thank every single person (PitchGrounder) who has been a part of this remarkable journey, supported, loved, or hated me but was still there with me.

More than that, I want to thank my fantastic team who joined this journey and mission, and PitchGround wouldn't have been genuinely PitchGround without them.

I genuinely hope that my story can help all the #SaaS founders, and many people reading this post make a better decision in life. Don't rush, keep patience, and do all your due diligence.
