Ask IH: Need ideas for improving footfalls at Bakery

My Friend runs a bakery at our locality (Chennai, India). What are various ways he can bring more customers.

Some of my suggestion are

check-in at Facebook
selfie at Instagram so people can come after seeing.
Google business offers
themeing each month differently.
Giving offers for reviews in aggregator sites.
bring in more food bloggers and ask them to write reviews.

Can you suggest more or any growth hackers specific to this domain can help.
