Good to hear you like it :)

Great piece! I would also add:

    — Create viral loops within your product that encourage people to share your product with others. For example, when I worked at Webflow, we focused heavily on the Webflow Showcase as a growth driver. People (and influencers) created UI kits and website templates and encouraged their audiences to clone them. The only way you can clone one of these templates is to create a Webflow account — giving it a viral loop effect.

    — Create an affiliate program. Affiliate programs will allow you to create an army of marketers for you. It can drive new paying customers, give your brand more awareness, and help you increase your domain authority because bloggers will be giving you backlinks when they are promoting your products' affiliate link.

    — Focus on SEO through blog posts. With a growing domain authority (from people promoting affiliate links), you can start ranking for topics in your niche. This can help build a MOAT around your website and make you stand out from competitors by showing up for more search queries in your industry. Just look how HubSpot dominates topics around marketing.

      Thanks! Good thoughts :)
Although these seem to move more into marketing than strategy in my opinion.

Love the piece and how you look further than just the average “ highest quality, lowest price, and best service” options that most people, by default, look into.

Indeed there are so much more ways to differentiate yourself, a great way to open peoples eyes for different options.
