• DepChecker - Gather feedback from my colleagues using the MVP, get the MVP in front of more people, and do some research/brainstorming to determine whether this is a product worth pursuing.
• Movie Medium - Have platform ready to bring on additional groups of players

• Ate too much guac
• Cold weather cancelled my chat with colleague RE: DepChecker on Thursday, so gotta reschedule

TODAY

• Fix some existing issues with how players are ranked
• Deploy above and other minor fixes
• Keep working on updating to allow anyone to create a group and start playing

• Get Vimalin for Fusion at the same level as Vimalin for Windows
• Have 5 paid users for Vimalin for Windows.
• Improve my marketing (SEO/Product Hunt/Youtube)

YESTERDAY:

• Finished install new test machine.
• investigated the blurry screenshots on Windows. Turns out that it is due to how the fonts are drawn and that is done by the framework apparently because it is using AntiAlias mode instead of ClearType. Changed it to Clear Type by hacking the framework a bit, but the result was barely any better. Ended up rolling that back as I hope to swap frameworks before the end of the year anyways.

TODAY:

• Improve Download page, some of the wording is confusing.
• Start on improving SEO

Yesterday\Weekend Done
Tons of progress in terms of code, which has given me an opportunity to reassess again. I'm wrestling with the idea of taking pre-orders for Alpha Users so I can do the things that don't scale and do some concierge level API development while I work smooth the operational edges before public release.

Today:

• Build out template for new public facing AutomatedApi.com site
• Build out template for blog post, serves as both platform test prep and content marketing fodder
• Line up the code I put together this weekend with a more streamlined overall code generation strategy (hoping for not much new code, just moving around what's already there)
• catch the hell up on True Detective (love that show)

KUDOS: @louisswiss depchecker looks like a pretty slick tool, I'd be curious to hear what comes out of your discussions with others. There is a kernel of something that could be billable there.

Yesterday

• Took my app for a long long round trip and got a good 7 hours of usability testing in.. which resulted in about 20 new User Stories being added to the list! I'll have to be careful not to blow through my goals. Overall, I'm super excited to have something which I can use, that I've been looking forward to for years.

Today

• More day job shenanigans, I think I will have a few hours tonight to get some actual work done on Magnus Rush.
