Forum/chat for customers?

Hi! Happy to share some news: Amixr.io got first active users and most of them have something to ask or suggest. I look for an instrument to organize public dialog between customers and product team.

I think about Slack Workspace with open access but onboarding is too hard...

What do you suggest?
