$1M profit/yr target. Co-founder (operations) for Task Crushing service for Agencies.

We've built an entirely automated system for Agencies (optionally white-labelled too) to submit technical CMS related tasks, get quotes, approve quotes and sit back whilst the job gets done. We work with all major CMS platforms Shopify, Wordpress etc and I could see us reaching ~200hrs of tasks/day within 12 months. At 20$ profile margin/hr, nearing $1M in annual profits. You wont be managing tasks nor need dev skills, however strong no-code experience and being comfortable doing onboarding calls would be required. Essentially looking for a born problem solver, someone obsessed with optimising & automating processes - wordpress/shopify experience is preferred but not required so long as you are able to pick things up / google (or chatgpt) solutions.

The service relies on our ability to recruit project managers & developers which we are finding quite straight forward at the moment.

We're two founders already, but if you are self motivated I'd be happy to trade in up to 30% of the business to find better work-life balance. It shouldn't be too difficult, I'd just love another self motivated smart brain to give this a push over the next 12-18 months and see where we can get it!
