This is my story. And it's not unique.
I was a founder. I was tired. I was spending my evenings doing manual lead research.
The process:
Open LinkedIn → search → copy-paste names.
Open Google Maps → find businesses → copy-paste addresses.
Open email verifier → paste list → wait → export.
Open email sender → import → write personalization.
Open warm-up tool → pray my reputation holds.
Open CRM → log everything → update statuses.
Open spreadsheet → track replies → manual follow-ups.
6 tools. 1 spreadsheet. 6+ hours. Every single week.
I was spending more time managing my sales stack than actually selling.
So I built Leads Ranger.
The idea was simple: Tell me who you want to reach. I'll find them. I'll verify them. I'll reach out. I'll manage the pipeline. You just close the deals.
How it works in 4 steps:
Discover: Type "dentists in Austin" → Zentra streams live leads in 47 seconds.
Verify: Emails checked. WhatsApp numbers validated. Heat scores assigned. All automatic.
Engage: AI writes personalized outreach. A/B tests. Follows up. All automatic.
Close: Replies land in unified inbox. AI drafts responses. Click to book calls. Takes 2 minutes.
The results of 1 month with my own tool:
2,490 real businesses found.
11,559 emails delivered.
490 replies received.
148 deals won.
No stale databases. No spreadsheets. No praying.
And yes—there's a Free forever plan.
No credit card. No trial countdown. 50 emails/day. Real harvests. Real AI outreach. Real pipeline.
2 minutes to go live. Cancel anytime.
Question for the community: What's the #1 thing blocking YOUR sales pipeline right now? Be honest. I'll respond to every comment personally.
Creating an account with Google Email would improve user experience in my opinion.
For me it's distribution, not the pipeline itself. I run GHL agency audits and built a free checklist + a paid tool from that process got a sale within 48 hours of my first post, but the channel I posted in banned me for self-promo right after, so now the actual bottleneck is finding places where posting about what you built doesn't get you flagged. Curious if you found WhatsApp less saturated for cold outreach specifically because fewer competitors are exploring it yet, or is that changing fast too?
