Yesterday: Determine three possible MVPs and a means to validate each.
Today: Discuss with cofounder.

Launching website A/B testing tool on https://howuku.com just before 2020.
Todo: writing a blog post to promote it and share my experience of A/B testing on my landing page.
Pushed my exit intent popup from yesterday to production for Album Daily. Feel free to take a look and give any feedback!
End of year: My goal is to get Frontdeck in a working state where I can record a quick video of how it works to showcase in the landing page.
Yesterday: Finally made an Indie Hackers product page, a Product Hunt upcoming page and released a small static page to start getting people to sign up for early access at Frontdeck
Today: Improve the template developing process with live reload so I can make them quicker.
End of year: Get 300 pages live on the site.
Yesterday: Family day no work
Today: Got 300 pages on www.bubblinglab.com ! So very happy to hit end of year goal
End of year: Ship PDF Export for Happyfeed. Going to keep it barebones and improve over time w/ feedback instead of trying to make perfect, gorgeous designs
Yesterday: Finalized some marketing around New Year's
Today: Building the export feature, hopefully submitting updates to the App Store
End of year: Can't be too grandiose here, that's not far off.. hopefully get the prototype for my idea to a workable, very minimal but viable place.
Yesterday: Finished up some tricky code around drag and drop, despite having a pretty bad cold!
Today: Thinking about and exploring different ways of reaching people who might find my idea useful.
